Dear CFM Patients,
Corvallis Family Medicine remains open and fully operational to serve your needs!
Over the last 8 weeks we have made adjustments to our normal format of care in order to safely and efficiently serve you. Social distancing precautions have been instituted throughout the clinic to ensure ongoing reduction of infectious risks. We are aiming to triage all visits before arrival with an effort to keep nearly all respiratory patients in our parking lot for their respective encounters. Our goal is to make sure all patients have a mask available during their clinic experience by providing you one if you do not arrive with your own.
As you may know, the CDC’s Initial guidance for renderinig “essential care” services , coupled with the PPE (personal protective equipment) limitations, narrowed our scope of care at the onset of COVID-19 pandemic. However, CFM is shifting back toward our normal model of care and access.
State governance is allowing the full spectrum of services to resume, including office surgery, preventive exams, vaccinations, as well as urgent and emergent care.
We remain committed to accommodating those individuals who feel in-office care poses unnecessarily high risk, and consequently continue to offer telehealth services. Please reach out to our front desk for more information on how to arrange these encounters.
As we navigate new challenges, our commitment to timely , quality , efficient and affordable healthcare remains unchanged. We invite your feedback as to how your care can be improved during this unparalleled time in our health system.
