Our Doctors

Mark E. Rampton, MD

Dr. Mark Rampton was born and raised in Corvallis and received his engineering degree from Oregon State University. He received his medical degree at Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU) and served in the U.S. Army in Georgia and California.

He is an advocate of the Family Medicine philosophy in which the scope of care includes all individuals, regardless of their age or gender. His practice includes newborn and pediatrics, general adult care, office surgery, sports medicine and emergency care.

Aaron L. David, DO

Dr. Aaron David is a native Oregonian and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University in 1994. He earned his doctorate degree from Des Moines University, Osteopathic Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa in 2000.

He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Central Washington Family Medicine in 2003 and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He has been a partner and Associate Physician at Corvallis Family Medicine since 2004.

Timothy R. Quiner, MD

Dr. Timothy Quiner graduated from Oregon State University in 1987. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1992 from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his residency training in Pensacola, Florida and is board certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Quiner served as a family physician in the US Navy for 25 years. He is a partner and family physician at Corvallis Family Medicine. By using tools of evidence-based medicine and coordinated referrals to specialists, he aims to provide the best experience and quality medical care with an emphasis on prevention for his patients.

Brianne E. Smith, DO

Brianne Smith received her medical degree in osteopathic medicine at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee, and completed her family medicine residency locally at Good Samaritan, here in Corvallis and Albany, Oregon.

She completed a BS in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior at University of California at Davis, and worked on a Masters degree in Toxicology at San Diego State University. Dr. Smith strongly believes in the power of preventative and lifestyle medicine.

Angie F. Bean, PA-C

Angie Bean received her Physician Assistant degree at the University of Washington in 2005. She is board certified through the National Commission for Certified Physician Assistants. She worked in Family Practice / Urgent care in Camas, Washington prior to moving to Oregon.

Angie belongs to the Oregon Society of Physician Assistants, American Headache Society and Academy for Eating disorders. She is a current board member of the Quality Management Committee through Samaritan Health. In 2011 and 2012 she volunteered at the Kearney Breast Care Center in Vancouver, Washington.

Hayley Steele Schlauderaff, FNP-C

Hayley received her MFNP Degree from Western University of Health Science in Pomona California

Hayley Steele Schlauderaff received her BSN from Linfield College in 2014. Hayley worked as an ER, PreOp/Post Op, and ICU RN at Salem Hospital in Salem Oregon.

Chelsie White LPC

Chelsie is a national board certified counselor and registered LPC with the state of Oregon. She has more than 18 years of experience in the field of behavioral health in different roles and has worked at both Integrated Youthcare and Trillium Family Services

In her leisure time Chelise and her family like to travel.


Chelsie received her undergraduate degree from CSU Stanislaus in Sociology and her MS from Western Oregon University in Counseling



Melissa M. Calhoun DO

Dr. Calhoun received her BS in Biology at OSU in 2006. She received her Doctorate of Osteopathic at Midwestern University in Glendale Arizona in 2012 and completed her residency at Valley Medical Center In Renton Washington in 2015. Dr. Calhoun worked at The Portland Clinic in Tigard from 2015 to 2017 and the Providence Canby Family Medicine from 2017 until joining CFM in 2024.

In her leisure time, Dr. Calhoun loves to visit local Corvallis shops, events and is a ardent supporter of her alma mater OSU, with her husband and children.


Dr. Calhoun received her BS Biology from Oregon State University and her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine form Midwestern University in Glendale Arizona.


Dr. Calhoun completed her residency at Valley Medical Center in Renton Washington

Kelly received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Oregon Institute of Technology, her Masters of Family Nursing, specialty in aging families at Oregon Health Sciences University and her Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Graceland University.

Kelly is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience delivering excellence in family health in Southern and Coastal Oregon. Kelly's goal is to help her patients live the best life possible. She focuses on lifestyle management as well as medical treatment. Kelly always put the patient first and foremost in her treatment plans.
