Aaron L. David, D.O.
Dr. Aaron David is a native Oregonian and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University in 1994. He earned his doctorate degree from Des Moines University, Osteopathic Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa in 2000. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Central Washington Family Medicine in 2003 and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He has been a partner and Associate Physician at Corvallis Family Medicine since 2004.
Dr. David is an advocate of preventative healthcare for men and women and has an interest in dermatology, osteopathic spine care, sports medicine and pediatrics. Dr. David provides full spectrum family practice health care with the exception of obstetrics. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Neonatal Advanced Life Support and Pediatric Advance Life Support.
Dr. David enjoys academic medicine and has included training medical students and residents as part of his practice. He has developed an interest in medical missions and has helped lead delegations to Cambodia and Uganda.
In 2010 he was awarded the OHSU Mentorship from the Department of Family medicine. Most recently he authored a grant for the Corvallis Family Medicine Behavioral Health Pilot project.
Dr. David enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, skiing, fishing and traveling. He has volunteered as an AYSO soccer coach and a Cub Scout den leader. He says that serving his community and church brings balance to his life and makes him a more effective physician.
