Mondays October 9th & 16th 8 AM to 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Tuesdays October 10th & 17th 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM, Saturdays October October 14th & November 4th 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday October 23 thru Thursday October 26th 8:00 AM until noon. Please call to schedule your appointment today. You can also receive your flu vaccine at your scheduled appointment this fall.
