Corvallis Family Medicine will begin vaccinating patients for flu, in addition to COVID and RSV (within Oregon established guidelines) beginning October 10th. Corvallis Family Medicine patients may schedule a vaccine only appointment by calling our office at 541-757-2400 to schedule or schedule Flu or Flu and COVID vaccine appointment(s) online using the link below. We will have appointments weekdays (Mondays and Thursdays 7:15 to 8:15, Fridays 3:30 to 4:45 as well as other times throughout October and November) and Saturdays October 10th and 24th from 8:30 to 11:30. Patients that have a scheduled provider appointment may receive their vaccines at that appointment. This year we are able to accommodate Medicare part D patients as well as our Medicare Advantage and commercial insurance patients. We are unable to accommodate walk ins or non-CFM patients.
