Preventive Medicine

Preventive medicine: The CFM Physicians and staff feel very strongly about our patient’s well being. We believe in preventive medicine is the best way to staying healthy and keeping an active lifestyle. We offer Well Child check, physicals, Well Care visits as well as vaccinations for both children and adults. Annual physicals, or Annual Wellness Visits for Medicare patients,  well child checks, vaccinations (all pediatric and most adult) as well as preventative screenings, for example colonoscopies (for those over 45 years old), mammograms (women over 40), cervical cancer screening (PAP), as well as routine screening for hypertension, diabetes and other conditions are covered at no cost to the patient on most commercial and government plans.

We have the ability to do laboratory draws and testing, x-ray, splinting, casting,  spirometry, EKGs as well as minor surgical procedures in our clinic. Our physicians provide a service that is unique in our area: at CFM, we manage our patients from birth on.
