CFM is pleased to welcome Bri Burkus PA-C to the CFM family. Bri will be taking Kelly Clayton’s patient panel. Kelly retired at the end of May 2026. CFM wants to thank all of Kelly’s patients for their patience while we hired a new provider. Bri is still being credentialed by our participating insurance carriers. We will be scheduling patients as the insurance carriers complete her credentialing.
